When Will My Order Ship?

All products are kept in stock at Talbot Marketing in our Lewiston, ME Distribution Center. Orders that are placed before 1 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours based upon inventory availability. 

 

Delivery Options:

 

  • Our Standard Delivery Method is via UPS Standard Service in business days. Please refer to the zone map below for standard delivery time frames from our warehouse. Expedited Shipping is available by selecting during the check out process. Customer Service will provide a freight estimate for the expedited service prior to shipping to ensure the most economical method to meet your in hand date requirements.
 
  • Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions. Please allow additional transit time for international shipments.

 

  • Special Event Delivery - Please note your required In Hand Date during the Check Out Process and if you have a Special Event Date. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm if we can meet your requirements or suggest alternatives.

Freight is an estimated charge
Order $99.00 or less = $20.00 for shipping
Order $100.00 - $249.00 = $20.00 for shipping
Order $250.00 - $499.00 = $25.00 for shipping
Order $500.00 - $999.00 = $36.00 for shipping
Order $1000.00 - $1999.00 = $65.00 for shipping
Order $2000.00 - $4999.00 = $120.00 for shipping
Order $5000.00 - $9999.00 = $170.00 for shipping

Please be advised that the shipping charge applied to your subtotal at time of order is an estimated ‘hold’ value and subject to change when actual shipping fees are determined. A final shipping fee will appear on your invoice once your order has been shipped, based on the actual weight and number of boxes included in your shipment.

Freight estimate is based on the sub-total of your order and an average of shipping across the Country. Remote locations will be higher. Please feel free to contact Brenda for a freight quote before placing your order

 Expedited Shipping means your order will ship Next Day Air. The additional courier fees for the quicker delivery service will be applied directly to your order. The freight for this service is based on the weight of the shipment along with the receiver’s location.

What are the payment options?

 

The Online Store accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express   

 

Can I buy products that I don’t see on the Online Store from Talbot or customize items for my event?

What is your return policy?

 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item it may be returned to
Talbot for a credit or refund. Please contact Customer Service if you have any requirements.
